Dimana Din Pudu Raya Nak Bikin Projek Bila Hotel Pudu Raya Ditutup Sabtu Ini?

Bila Pudu Raya, Hentian Putra dan Hentian Pekeliling adalah antara terminal pengangkutan awam yang bakal ditutup pada Sabtu 9/7/2011.

Langkah penutupan ini adalah sebahagian daripada tindakan pencegahan oleh PDRM terhadap sebarang perhimpunan haram yang berkaitan dengan BERSIH.

Keputusan PDRM ini, secara langsung membawa kepada penutupan Hotel Pudu Raya yang terletak di Pudu Raya.

Bukankah dengan penutupan hotel tersebut akan membawa kepada kesukaran kepada Din Pudu Raya bikin projek?

The Puduraya, Hentian Putra and Hentian Pekeliling bus terminals will be closed on Saturday as police will block off major roads into the city centre.

Acting City police chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Amar Singh said buses headed to Hentian Putra would be diverted to the Integrated Transport Terminal-Bandar Tasik Selatan (ITT-BTS).

"Those headed to Puduraya and Pekeliling will be diverted to Hentian Duta," he told reporters at a press conference here Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD), in a statement, confirmed the police's orders would take effect from 12.01am to 10pm Saturday.

The statement clarified that all bus operations at Puduraya except for the KL-Seremban route would temporarily cease.

SPAD's statement also said the last LRT and KL monorail stops that passengers would be allowed to disembark at would be:

* Titiwangsa LRT and monorail station for those coming from Jalan Semarak, Jalan Setapak/Genting Kelang, Jalan Ipoh, Jalan Kuching and Jalan Duta,

* Datuk Keramat LRT station for those coming from Jalan Ampang,

* Maluri LRT station for those coming from Jalan Kg Pandan and Jalan Cheras, and

* KL Sentral monorail station for those coming from the Federal Highway through Jalan Bangsar, Jalan Travers, Jalan Tun Sambanthan and Jalan Damansara. [The Star]
