KUALA LUMPUR : Seputeh Member of Parliament Teresa Kok Suh Sim, who filed a suit against former home minister Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar and three others told the High Court, here, today that she did not have any medical record to show she suffered from food poisoning while being detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA).
Kok also said that she did not have a medical report on her mental stress and physical health when detained by the Special Branch of the Royal Malaysian Police from Sept 12 to 19, 2008.
Asked by senior federal counsel Lailawati Ali during cross-examination whether she complained about the pain when examined by a doctor on duty, Kok said: "No.
